Work day & time: Monday to Saturday (7.30am - 4.00pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and other related documents.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and visitors. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers when needed.
  • Office Support: Monitor office supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock and smooth operation of daily logistics.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email applications.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Entry-level candidates with basic computer skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
