Job Description

  1. To work closely with department staff.

  2. To support department staff technically and non-technically.

  3. To ensure required work schedules are done on time with no delay and / or customers' complaints.

  4. To ensure required knowledge and information is received by department staff.

  5. To ensure departmental KPI is met.

  6. To ensure necessary documentation are kept in proper and traceable manners.

  7. To provide necessary resources to achieve ultimate outcomes.

  8. To ensure departmental procedures are carried out accordingly.

  9. To allocate assignments to departmental staff.

  10. To manage resources to improve department's performance, morale and facilities.

  11. To oversee all activities in Business Development Department.

  12. To prepare annual departmental budget and to manage allocated resources.

  13. Requires to travel to customers/suppliers/sub-contractors' premises within Malaysia or overseas to perform/coordinate projects/assignments.

  14. To develop and implement Business Development plan for prospective and existing customer.

  15. To manage, process and collate the varied customer data base for analysis and decision making.

  16. To perform competitive analysis with the relevant departments to develop business development proposals and responses to market situation.

  17. To perform any other jobs and duties as and when required by superior.

MINIMUM SKILLS / EDUCATION

1. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications.

  1. Able to read technical drawings.

  2. Must be able to work in team and/or work independently.

  3. Preferable at least 2 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

  4. Prove ability to deal with all levels of associates and customers, both internally and externally.

  5. Degree in any engineering discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
