Job Description :

  • Supervise and support QC inspector daily task.
  • Verify molding activities in accordance to standard, inspection plan or quality plan.
  • Perform product FAI, Cpk and Trial Run measurement (where applicable).
  • Understand of injection molding process and its type of defect's.
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date inspection result through SPC monitoring system.
  • Verify containment and corrective actions are in place to address failures and customer complaint.
  • Ensure that Inspection Plan file is maintained and keep up to date.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Quality Engineer.
  • Perform periodic audit on quality plan conformances.
  • Perform sampling re-verification of part inspection done by the inspector.
  • Follow up of the problematic lot until it is properly disposed/rework
  • Perform machine and process capability (Cpk) study where applicable.(GR&R)
  • Monitor and ensure the quality conformance of in-process sampling and finished products.
  • Conduct measurement training for QA inspector.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and verification of gauge usage in QA moulding (every 6 months)
  • Any other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirement :

  • Pro. Cert/Dip. in Engineering Discipline with at least 2 years experience in the similar environment
  • Ability to operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Smart Scope
  • Able to work night shift and willing to work on weekend (if required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
