Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Merchandiser located in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Store Merchandiser will be responsible for arranging, stocking, and displaying merchandise in a visually appealing manner to attract customers and drive sales. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining inventory levels, monitoring product quality, executing promotional activities, collaborating with store staff, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and clean. The Store Merchandiser will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing sales data to inform merchandising decisions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Must possess own transport and a valid driving license
  • Physically fit and able to handle cartons and arrange shelf displays
  • Friendly, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in sales and retail environments
  • Understanding of marketing principles and promotional activities
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized display area
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in merchandising is a plus
