We are seeking a great, corporate or professional figure to lead and manage the cooperative's entire operations:

  • Strategic & business management, HRA, account & finance, membership.
  • Ensuring profitability, compliance, and efficiency across all business divisions and support departments.
  • Acts as the link between the Board and the operational teams.
  • Ensuring policies and decisions are effectively implemented.
  • Oversee and ensure governance, compliance & risk management are in placed.
  • Build strong relationship with members & stakeholders.

This position will be reporting to Chairman & Board of Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of relevant managerial experience, preferably in cooperatives, banking/businesses, or corporate operations.
  • Strong leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Sound knowledge of SKM regulations, Cooperative Societies Act, and corporate governance principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,200.00 per month
