We are seeking a confident, proactive, and self-driven E-Commerce Executive (TikTok Affiliate) to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding, managing, and optimizing our affiliate partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive revenue, strengthen brand visibility, and support the overall growth of our affiliate marketing channel. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, data-driven, and passionate about digital marketing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Partnership Management

  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing and new affiliate partners.
  • Assist in onboarding new affiliates, ensuring they receive the necessary information, materials, and support.
  • Actively communicate program updates, product launches, and promotions to partners.

Performance & Campaign Support

  • Help plan, coordinate, and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, track affiliate sales, and assist in identifying growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to forecast ROI, set targets, and optimize strategies.

Content & Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure affiliates have up-to-date banners, copy, and promotional assets.
  • Support the preparation of affiliate newsletters, briefs, and campaign materials.
  • Ensure brand messaging and visuals are consistent across all affiliate activities.

Market Research & Industry Engagement

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
  • Research competitor affiliate programs and industry benchmarks.
  • Promote SEEN's affiliate program across industry channels and relevant communities.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
  • No prior experience is required — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
