Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and guidelines for projects.

  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

  • Perform quality tests and inspections on materials, equipment, and processes.

  • Identify and address non-conformities and deviations, and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions.

  • Maintain documentation of quality control activities and prepare reports on findings and recommendations.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on quality control matters.

  • Participate in project meetings and communicate quality requirements to stakeholders.

  • Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality control measures.

  • Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a QA/QC engineer in construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and regulations.

  • Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and equipment.

  • Proficient in conducting inspections, tests, and measurements.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of quality management systems and tools is desirable.

  • Professional certifications related to quality control (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
