What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies and procedures to attract, develop and retain top talent

  • Oversee payroll administration and arrangement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Provide HR business partnering support to senior leaders and managers
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive organisational change and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a consultancy or generalist HR role
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
