Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist in managing daily HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits and other HR functions.
- Lead employee engagement activities and manage internal e-learning to enhance workplace culture and development.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave management, uniform allocation and etc.
- Support the employee onboarding and orientation process to ensure smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide general HR support and contribute to process improvements for better efficiency.
Administration
- Managing office administrative related purchase and travel arrangements.
- Managing office phone calls and correspondences.
- Coordinating business licenses including contracts and insurance related matters.
- Provides administrative support for daily office operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
