Job Responsibilities (Content Review)

  1. Evaluating and assessing user-generated content, such as text, images, videos, and audio files, to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
  2. Reviewing content submissions for accuracy, relevance, appropriateness, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  3. Identifying and flagging content that violates platform rules, including hate speech, graphic violence, harassment, and illegal activities.
  4. Applying predefined criteria and guidelines to make decisions about whether to approve, reject, or take action on content submissions.
  5. Providing feedback and guidance to content creators regarding policy violations and content moderation decisions.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, policy, and trust and safety teams, to escalate complex or sensitive content issues.

  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
