Job Description
Responsible for supporting the full tender lifecycle from initial document to final submission.
To Assisting in project management by tracking key timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders & ensuring all tender documents align with project execution plans.
- Meticulously compile , review and organize all tender documents, ensuring every submission is accurate, complaint and delivered on schedule.
-To provide operational and administrative support to procurement unit so as to ensure the process is efficient, accurate, transparent and compliant with organizational.
Support procurement process by handling the documentation.
Compiling monthly Report.
Purchase Order tracking (eg. estimate date goods delivery)
Purchase Order Processing (verifying, requisitions and supporting document)
Vendor communication.
