Job Description:

  1. Prepare conceptual and sketch proposals for client presentations.

  2. Prepare and submit drawings and necessary documentation to local authorities.

  3. Participate in the tendering process, including preparation of relevant documents.

  4. Assist in overseeing construction implementation and site coordination.

  5. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project progress.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Part I) or equivalent.

  2. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  4. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

  5. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design, drafting, and rendering software.

  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.

  7. Proficient in both English and Malay (spoken and written).

  8. Possess own transport is an added advantage.
