Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong skills in content creation, especially short form video (TikTok, Reels).
  • Proficient in basic editing tools (CapCut, VN, Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Creative, proactive and passionate about social media trends.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio or samples of past content work are highly encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create and publish engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Produce high quality videos, reels, photos and graphics aligned with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the creative, design and marketing teams to execute content strategies.
  • Stay up to date with current trends, viral content and digital storytelling techniques.
  • Write engaging and relevant captions, scripts and content copy.
  • Assist in planning and executing content calendars and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on content performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Attend photoshoots, events or behind the scenes to capture and document content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone and objectives.
  • Propose creative ideas for campaigns, brand visibility and audience growth.
