Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales to join their team

Join our client and drive sales growth by developing strategies, analyzing market performance, and leading sales initiatives. This role supports the Sales Manager in achieving targets and ensuring operational excellence across the sales function.


What you'll be doing?
  • Develop strategies: Create and implement effective marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends: Monitor market demand, supply trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Forecast sales: Predict, monitor, and report on annual sales volume, turnover, and profitability.
  • Set KPIs: Establish key performance indicators and manage performance based on market dynamics and business objectives.
  • Lead the sales team: Coach and motivate the sales team to meet performance targets.
  • Collaborate with departments: Work with other departments to optimize customer experience and sales processes.
Who are they looking for?
  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or leadership experience.
  • Skills: Excellent management, communication, and analytical skills. Strong problem-solving ability, creativity, and initiative.
  • Language proficiency: Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia is required to effectively communicate with diverse teams and clients.
