Join the dynamic team as a Customer Care Representative. In this full-time role based in Kuching, Sarawak, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with order placements, status updates, and general product/service information
  • Handle customer complaints and work to find resolution in a timely and tactful manner
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Mush poses good in Chinese speaking and writing
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries effectively
  • Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the design or creative industry
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
