About the Job

Perform pricing quotations for Group Insurance within agreed timeline.

• Provide pricing quotations to Group Insurance products across all distribution channels in accordance to the established pricing parameters.
• Ensure products are designed and priced in accordance with Pricing Policy.
• Work closely with strategic management team in the development of short, medium and long term strategic plans and objectives.
• Design, enhance and implement new benefits programs to ensure our company's products remain competitive.
• Recommend, initiate, and manage end-to-end transformation programmes to improve internal processes efficiency and to optimise business outcome.
• Conduct regular market analysis of competitors' benefit programmes and provide recommendations for Company's benefit program to ensure competitiveness in the market.
• Prepare regular analyses or reports for strategy management team, business leadership and executives, and relevant stakeholders to support informed decision making.
• Utilise advanced or predictive analytics to optimise customer experience, new business generation and inforce business management.

We are looking for people with

• Possess a Degree preferably in Statistics or Mathematics.
• Financial Planning qualification is an added advantage.
• Has minimum 5 years working experience in pricing life insurance products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management, planning, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Macro and VBA.
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
