Role Description

  • Prepare marketing and design briefs for exciting promotional projects.
  • Handle vendor registrations with the Procurement team.
  • Manage quotation, delivery order (DO) and invoice processes with vendors.
  • Keep track of P&E Department inventory.
  • Support and execute marketing events at various sites.
  • Work closely with cinema teams to roll out promotions.
  • Coordinate the delivery of merchandise and POSM (Point of Sales Marketing) materials.

  • Designing visual materials for campaigns and social media
  • Preparing marketing and design briefs for upcoming promotional projects
  • Simple photography and basic video editing for marketing content
