Role Summary
We are looking for a Content & Organic Growth Specialist to build and scale our organic marketing engine. This role will own content creation, SEO, and organic social strategy to drive inbound traffic, engagement, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate is both a strong storyteller and analytically minded, with a demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate content ideation, production, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO & Organic Growth:
Develop and execute SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building, and technical SEO improvements in collaboration with product/engineering. - Content Engine:
Build and manage a high-impact editorial calendar. Create and optimize blogs, case studies, guides, and thought leadership pieces using AI to improve quality and efficiency. - Social Media:
Lead organic social media strategy (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) — plan, create, publish engaging multimedia content — including short-form videos (e.g., TikTok/Reels-style), carousels, and visual storytelling. Analyze performance and use AI-powered tools for scheduling, insights, and content repurposing. - Community Management:
Build and nurture our RISE alumni community through authentic, two-way engagement, and harness its power for compelling marketing. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the performance marketer to align messaging and ensure organic content supports lead generation and conversion funnels. - Analytics & Measurement:
Define and track KPIs for organic traffic, keyword rankings, engagement, and content-assisted pipeline. Use AI-based analytics tools to surface insights and optimization opportunities. - External Resources:
Manage freelancers and agencies (writers, designers, video editors) while using AI tools to reduce dependency and increase output quality.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in content, SEO, and social marketing within high-growth or tech-driven environments.
- Succes in nurturing powerful consumer communities.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills with an understanding of funnel-based content strategy.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Notion AI, Descript, Midjourney, RunwayML, Capcut, or similar) for ideation, writing, optimization, reporting, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Analytical mindset and comfort with marketing dashboards and performance metrics.
