Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Consultant at 3S. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as process mapping, drafting SOP, assisting consultants and complete task that are assigned through applying innovative tools and technology. While the role is primarily based in Petaling Jaya, some remote work is flexible.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with innovative tools and technology, especially process mapping tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work independently, taking initiative and collaborating.
  • Experience in consultancy or business analysis is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
