Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide proactive solutions, technical support, and development expertise for our applications and platforms. This role involves troubleshooting, implementing fixes, and ensuring optimal performance across multiple systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive solutions based on observed trends during implementation.
  • Debug issues where the root cause is not immediately identifiable and propose effective solutions and workarounds.
  • Develop and implement approved solutions, ensuring quality checks and compliance with internal standards.
  • Conduct Unit Testing (UT) and support SIT/UAT phases by addressing defects during testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to complete deployment checklists and move changes to production.
  • Perform impact assessments for technical changes and security remediation based on Vulnerability Assessment (VA) reports.
  • Optimize application performance, including fine-tuning programs and resolving slow jobs.
  • Analyze and optimize costly SQL queries and develop complex SQL queries based on business requirements.
  • Ensure application compatibility across Android, iOS, and Huawei (HMS) platforms.
  • Provide test cases for impact points and conduct debugging to ensure functionality across all supported devices and operating systems.

Technical Expertise
  • Exposure to AWS and JWT Authentication.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in .NET MAUI.
  • Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Sitecore CMS.
  • SQL optimization and query development skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET development.
  • Skilled in C#, .NET Core, and API development.
  • Experienced in debugging and fixing complex application issues.
  • Strong understanding of JWT Authentication and application security.
  • Able to perform performance tuning for .NET applications.

Working Hours & Arrangement

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Available for on-call support (depending on project criticality)
  • Work on-premises
