IT Application Support – Power Application

(Bandar Botanic, Klang)

This role sits within the IT team and is responsible for managing and resolving application and system issues across the business. It requires candidates with both business understanding and technical IT knowledge, as well as the ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Manage the enhancement request backlog for existing solutions by working closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and implement updates.
  • Provide technical application support by investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of technical specifications, user guides, and support runbooks for all existing applications.
  • Assist with tasks such as Quality Assurance testing, documentation, and the development of well-defined software components.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in system or application support.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Able to commute to the office in Bandar Botanic, Klang.
