Role Overview

You will oversee and manage all financial operations — accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance — ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who can independently handle full sets of accounts and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
  • Handle bookkeeping, payments, invoices, and petty cash.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow, and profit & loss.
  • Ensure SST filing, LHDN tax submission, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
  • Track receivables and follow up on late payments.
  • Manage payroll data and liaise with HR or payroll vendors.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years experience in full set accounts (preferably in SME or agency setting).
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, SST, and LHDN processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL Account, Xero, or AutoCount).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong English proficiency.
