Finance & Accounting Support

  • Perform daily bookkeeping, data entry, and financial transactions using Xero accounting system.
  • Process accounts payable, claims, supplier payments.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations for floats, advances, deposits, and expenses.
  • Issue client quotations and invoices; maintain SST documentation and filing.
  • Assist in financial reporting, audit preparation, and liaise with tax agents and auditors.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises for management planning
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring timely payments, collections, and financial obligations
  • Support project costing by tracking expenses, managing advance floats, and reconciling actual vs budgeted costs

Payroll and Recruitment Administration

  • Prepare statutory documentation (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) in coordination with payroll cycles.
  • Support recruitment administration, onboarding, resignation processes, and staff file maintenance.
  • Assist with documentation related to HR matters, staff discipline, or internal employee issues.

Job Requirement:

  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and analytical
  • Up to 5 years experience in finance, accounting, or operations (fresh grads with strong internship experience may be considered)
  • Familiarity with Malaysian statutory compliance
  • Proactive learner with strong problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator, able to coordinate across departments
