About the role

Reporting to the HR Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join the talented HR team at RAMLI SECURITY SDN. BHD. as a Human Resources professional. In this full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will play a key role in supporting the company's growth and development by managing a wide range of HR functions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices
  2. Handling employee queries and providing HR support and guidance
  3. Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  4. Maintaining accurate employee records and files
  5. Coordinating employee training and development programmes
  6. Supporting the management of employee performance and development
  7. Assisting with employee relations and engagement initiatives
  8. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment
  2. Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and HR information systems
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Proactive, organised and detail-oriented
  7. Passion for supporting employee development and fostering a positive work culture
