JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best cost while ensuring quality, reliability, and service standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance and product quality, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement processes from requisition to settlement, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, costs, deliveries, and inventory.
  • Qualify and evaluate new suppliers, driving cost savings and value improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Handle non-conforming materials, including timely return to vendors.
  • Execute MRP activities such as issuing POs, scheduling/rescheduling deliveries, and expediting shortages.
  • Perform inventory control, including excess and obsolescence management, to minimize risks.
  • Plan and forecast stock requirements by consolidating sales needs for optimal inventory turnover.
  • Prepare regular reports and handle any ad hoc tasks assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field, with at least 2 years' procurement experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel Pivot, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP Business One.
  • Proactive, positive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
