Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to drive procurement operations, cost optimization, and supplier performance. This is a high-impact role for proactive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to strategic projects that strengthen our supply chain and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of HPL and related products, ensuring smooth supply and cost efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior procurement staff to achieve daily goals
  • Plan and maintain inventory levels for seamless production flow
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers for the best value
  • Monitor deliveries and proactively resolve supplier or logistics issues
  • Identify cost-saving initiatives and implement supplier performance improvement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procurement policies
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, and operations teams on new product launches and strategic projects

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction materials
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Multiple Languages (Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia)
