Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Nexus Fintrade Limited. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong knowledge in business development and market analysis, capable of identifying client needs, optimizing internal processes, and staying ahead of market trends. You will collaborate across departments to strengthen our branding and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
• Identify and understand current client processes to offer tailored solutions.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and explore cross-selling opportunities.
• Act as a point of contact for client communication and feedback.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated with financial, fintech, and investment market trends.
• Analyze competitor strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular market mapping and reporting to the management team.
Business Development & Lead Generation:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company goals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning and outreach.
Collaboration & Branding:
• Work closely with marketing to align business growth strategies with branding initiatives.
• Represent Nexus Fintrade at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
• Support marketing campaigns with business insights and client data.
Process Optimization:
• Identify gaps in client onboarding, retention, and service processes.
• Propose improvements that align with client needs and internal capabilities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services or
fintech.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and collaborative team player.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
