Position: HR Executive (Manpower Outsourcing Industry)

Location: Kuchai Lama

Employment Type: Full-Time | Immediate Vacancy

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions for outsourced/contract staff, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll, and termination.
  • Handle attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters.
  • Prepare HR documentation, contracts, and statutory submissions.
  • Liaise with clients on staffing matters and ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Maintain employee records and support HR system management.
  • Conduct orientation and training for new hires.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.
  • Assist in HR policy development and implementation.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety and other statutory regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manpower outsourcing or contract staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
  • Experience with SQL or other HR/payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, travel when required, and meet deadlines.
