Office Manager

Adecco's client is seeking a proactive and experienced Office Manager to oversee end-to-end office operations and administrative services. This role is responsible for ensuring a well-functioning workplace environment, managing renovation and facility-related projects, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-driven, and experienced in managing office operations within a fast-paced corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a safe, organised, and efficient working environment.
- Lead office renovation, relocation, and facility enhancement projects, coordinating timelines, contractors, and approvals.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, contract management, and service delivery monitoring.
- Supervise administrative services such as office supplies, equipment maintenance, pantry services, and workplace utilities.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth operational support.
- Implement and refine office policies, procedures, and operational standards to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate health, safety, and compliance matters related to facility management.
- Manage office budgets, cost tracking, and procurement requests for operational-related needs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to administrative support staff, ensuring service excellence.
- Proven years of experience in office management, administration, or workplace operations.
- Experienced in managing office facilities, renovation projects, or operational service improvements.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities with negotiation experience.
- Solid organisational and multitasking skills, with a structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Familiar with procurement processes, facility compliance standards, and administrative best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and drive operational improvements proactively.
