  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the position and company's hiring needs.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles (sourcing, screening, interview, offer extension)
  • Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
  • Partner with above market CoC talent teams to ensure the delivery of key talent solutions and to align talent pipelines internally and externally
  • Knowledge in recruiting for technical and production function (engineering, production, quality, health & safety etc.), experience recruiting for functions good to have.
  • Knowledge of recruiting sourcing tools and practices to identify prospective candidates (e.g. Linkedin Recruiter license, Boolean search, Applicant Tracking System - ATS, or CRM data mining, Job board resume/CV databases)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
