Objective

  • Strategically support Regional Manager in expanding business profitability in an efficient manner:- 
  • Manage agency, RHB Group, Brokers and Direct portfolio to maximize productivity,
  • Prudent underwriter in acceptance of new risks as according to branch limits given by HO.
  • Handling and settling clams within branch authority.
  • Expand new market share,
  • Arranging survey and risks management for corporate clients.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop structural marketing strategies, 
  • Review product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement marketing strategy to maximize business potentials through Agency channel
  • Enhance Agency Recruitment Programme
  • Organize Relationship Enhancement activities
  • Agency portfolio segmentation
  • Review product portfolio
  • Monitor Credit Control policy
  • Manage Branch Operation
  • Oversee Sales Performance of Unit
  • Manpower planning for Agency unit
  • Ensuring Regulatory Guidelines and Company Policy are being adhered to

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Relevant professional qualification in insurance (preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Insurance industry
