About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our product team on a to support customer development research. This is a role suitable for someone with strong communication and research skills who enjoys understanding consumer behavior and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer interviews and phone surveys to gather insights on preferences, habits, and usage patterns related to banks, products, and brands.
  • Perform desktop research on competitors, market trends, and consumer insights.
  • Document and analyze feedback to support product development and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide structured reports and summaries of findings.

Requirements

  • Strong interest or background in product, marketing, business, or market research.
  • Excellent communication skills (comfortable with phone/Zoom interviews).
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to extract insights from both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Previous experience in customer research, surveys, or competitor analysis (minimum 1 year). Familiarity with consumer research tools and techniques.
