Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to banking products, accounts, and services.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer enquiries professionally.
  • Assist customers with account updates, transaction enquiries, and general support.
  • Log all interactions and update customer details in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
  • Maintain service quality, compliance, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
  • Experience in customer service/call centre is an advantage (banking exposure preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Customer-oriented, patient, and able to manage high call volumes.
  • Basic understanding of banking products is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
