Are you passionate about connecting people with meaningful career opportunities? We are seeking a proactive and service-driven Recruiter/ Career Advisor to join our recruitment team. We are offering attractive commissions.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels
  • Provide career counseling and follow-up support to interested candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assist candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process, both locally and regionally
  • Collaborate with clients and hiring teams, and contribute to strategic recruitment activities
  • Support talent acquisition through client visits, job fairs, and continuous online talent research
  • Represent the company brand with professionalism, empathy, and a readiness to serve in every interaction

Requirements

  • Malaysians only
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales or HR/recruitment with proven track record

(Fresh graduates with strong co-curricular or part-time recruitment/sales exposure are welcome to apply)

  • HR background or recruitment agency experience highly preferred
  • Age group: Mid-20s to early 30s, and also open to experienced candidates aged 42–50s
  • Minimum education: Diploma or higher
  • Language skills: English (written & spoken) minimum 7/10
