Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dockets, packing lists, and shipping instructions by verifying contracts, supporting documents, and system status.
  • Create docket numbers, input buyer requirements, and manage batch reservation/transfer.
  • Coordinate packaging and marking requirements for new and repeat orders, including obtaining R&D approval and securing buyer confirmation.
  • Arrange and order packaging materials (e.g., drums, cartons, labels, pallets, bags) by preparing delivery schedules and submitting purchase requests.
  • Review and approve shipment details; combine multiple shipments under the same booking where applicable.
  • Coordinate external despatch activities, including GRN creation, shipment approval, quantity entry, batch assignment, and weighment details.
  • Prepare certify letters for marking issues and request indemnity letters when shelf-life requirements differ from product specifications.
  • Process return containers by identifying container details and creating C4 orders.
  • Prepare and amend repacking labels using Bartender software.
  • Serve as an internal auditor for ISO/FSSC, conduct yearly audits, and prepare audit reports.
  • Support payment allocation by providing delivery schedules and managing LC (Letter of Credit) records.
  • Arrange inspections (e.g., Ethics SAi) and coordinate with inspection and warehouse teams.
  • Provide loading and packaging photos upon customer request.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping instructions, and LC requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
