Job Description :

1. Tenant Management

  • Manage complaints
  • Build a good relationship

2. Inspection

  • Conduct joint inspection with REIT inspector & contractor
  • Will be assisted by our Building Surveyor where required
  • Scope is on structural, roof & major plumbing issues. Differentiate between tenant & landlord responsibility
  • Determine root cause and solution
  • Prepare incident report

3. Source for Contractors

  • Raise requisition in procurement module
  • Assisted by our QS team
  • For urgent works, arrange contractor directly
  • Maintain database of vendor by trade

4. Recommendation

  • Prepare recommendation letter on the appointment of contractor to be approved by iREIT management

5. Monitoring

  • Monitor work completion status
  • Primary responsibility of iREIT inspector

6. Sign Off

  • Obtain sign off from tenant & contractor

7. Budgeting

  • Prepare annual budget for rectification based on building condition assessment (BCA) conducted by building surveyor and complaints received
  • Review with iREIT team and finalize

Job Requirements :

  • Possess at least Bachelor/master's degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 Year(s) of working experience in property management or facilities management.
  • Knowledge in M&E system and C&S
  • Good in written and verbal communication skills at all levels particularly in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Possess the ability to work independently
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to travel
