Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
• Drive sales performance and profitability in line with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends to formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
• Develop and execute action plans to penetrate new markets and expand business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships at the corporate and executive levels.
• Understand client needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate and competitive pricing proposals while maintaining optimal profit margins.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and prepare responses to RFPs.
• Lead and coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Smart Card, Telecommunications, Banking, or IT industries is an advantage.
• Results-oriented team player with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Flexible and mobile, with the ability to travel frequently on short notice.
