Job Description

  1. To carry out Sales and distribution expectations according to the requirements
  2. To ensure the agency's prominent display and merchandising with the right selling prices
  3. Responsible to implement /execute all promotional trade sales activities during the sales call
  4. To manage retail inventory in a proper Stocks Holding process.
  5. Timely collection of all due account receivables
  6. To provide excellent service and maintain good relationships with customers
  7. To achieve sales targets set by the company
  8. To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new and existing products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
  9. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  10. Following up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction with the product or service and to solicit customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a minimum SPM or Diploma in Business /Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Preferably at least 3 year of working experience in sales line. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, in both verbal and written. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office .
  • Must possess own transport
  • Location : Sandakan branch
