Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp Business promptly and professionally.
  • Present and promote company products using prepared scripts and sales materials.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Conduct daily online product engagement sessions on company social media platforms (approximately 2 hours per day).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and assist with after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer engagement via WhatsApp or social media.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Confident, goal-oriented, and proactive personality.
  • Able to work on-site in 8trium Sri Damansara (beside MRT Sri Damansara Barat).
