We're looking for energetic, passionate individuals to bring that vision to life. As a Product Specialist, you'll be the face of the brand, connecting with customers, showcasing cutting-edge EV cars, and creating unforgettable experiences both in-person and online.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and engage walk-in customers, delivering a warm and professional first impression.
  • Drive sales through exceptional service, strong product knowledge, and active customer engagement.
  • Manage the entire sales process — from prospecting and follow-ups to test drives and closing deals.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date with leads, sales, and delivery details.
  • Capture exciting moments and customer stories for social media — including TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Create scroll-stopping videos, lifestyle content, and live product showcases to build brand awareness.
  • Stay informed on EV products, local incentives, and market trends to confidently educate customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree holders preferred — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and local language.
  • Confident in product presentation and engaging with audiences, both offline and online.
  • Passionate about innovation and the future of mobility.
  • Self-driven, organized, and a great team player.
  • Experience in customer service or retail sales is an advantage (automotive background not required).
