  • Provide the site team with administrative assistance and support including the preparation of written correspondence and recording of meeting minutes.
  • Maintain files and records (hard and soft copy) for the site filing system.
  • Ensure the site is maintained in a clean, tidy, and orderly condition.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the site, including answering incoming telephone calls, and receiving deliveries of goods ordered.
  • Aid staff in how to use computer programs and computers in general.
  • Schedule and coordinate office activities, meetings, and appointments.
  • Assist with cafeteria operations when necessary.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the site.
  • Other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.
  • Assist the Cafe Manager in managing, training and developing staffs in accordance to Sodexo standards and report any arising issues to the management.
  • Extend efficient and friendly service to all clients and visitors of cafe.
  • Promote teamwork and ensure all team members focus on the client's needs.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,200.00 per month
