The Network Security Services Engineer is responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including assessing how company products and solutions meet customer requirements. The role involves preparing detailed technical specifications and architectures for the development and deployment of customized network and cybersecurity solutions.

This position also collaborates closely with design engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure product reliability, define new offerings, and share technical insights from the field. The engineer will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and design customer network and cybersecurity architectures.
  • Prepare detailed Scopes of Work (SoW) for technical proposals, including proposed architectures, solution design, and sizing.
  • Configure, implement, and deploy various cybersecurity and network security solutions.
  • Perform project assessment, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation for configurations and deployments.
  • Deliver technical consultancy, knowledge transfer, and training to customers.
  • Provide escalated support and advanced troubleshooting (Level 2/3) to resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure effective problem resolution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity (or equivalent).
  • 0–2 years of experience in network or cybersecurity implementation and support.

  • Solid understanding of one or more of the following technologies:

  • Firewalls

  • Endpoint Security
  • Switching & Routing
  • Email or Web Gateway Security
  • Willingness to participate in 24/7 standby support rotation when required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Effective team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for project engagements.
