Responsibility

  • Prepare and update detailed construction project work schedules using MS Projects planning software.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather input and ensure the accuracy of project timelines and milestones.
  • Assist with preparation of technical proposals at tender stage
  • Support project teams with technical planning submissions, including construction method statements and material samples.
  • Support project teams with preparing and managing authority submissions as necessary.
  • In collaboration with internal project teams, liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to obtain approvals and resolve technical queries.
  • Monitor the progress and status of technical submissions and schedules.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings and provide input on technical planning and scheduling matters.
  • Assist with conducting technical reviews and risk assessments for planned construction methodologies.
  • Support the project team in resolving technical issues impacting project execution.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all technical documents and submissions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in project scheduling and planning within the construction industry.
  • Advance level proficiency in Microsoft Project scheduling tool.
  • Experience with technical submission preparation is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
