Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily food production activities to meet quality and quantity targets.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared according to company recipes, standards, and portion guidelines.
  • Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency, minimize wastage, and control costs.
  • Supervise and guide kitchen production staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely output.
  • Ensure all food handling, preparation, and storage comply with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP/GMP standards).
  • Coordinate with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure sufficient supply of ingredients and packaging materials.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure taste, presentation, and freshness meet company expectations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate daily production reports including yield, wastage, and manpower usage.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and report any breakdowns or malfunctions promptly.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in production efficiency, process flow, and product quality.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food production, central kitchen, or F&B manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of food safety, quality control, and kitchen operations.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet daily production deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic production reporting.
  • Responsible, proactive, and a good team player.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
