We're looking for a Procurement Executive who's passionate about great design, quality products, and finding the perfect balance between creativity and value.

At Photobook, you'll play a key role in sourcing materials and products that bring our brand vision to life.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the full procurement process from material calculations to issuing accurate Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Discover and source new materials and products from reliable suppliers locally and overseas.
  • Keep a pulse on market trends and innovations to bring fresh, inspiring ideas to our product lineup.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure every sourced item reflects Photobook's brand story and quality standards.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery timelines to secure the best outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with company policies.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sourcing /Procurement
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Mandarin proficiency is required as this job required dealing with overseas suppliers/e-commerce platforms.
  • Passionate about new product, design, quality, and continuous improvement.
