Role Purpose

Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement of goods and services to support Glampick's commercial and operational goals. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize procurement processes to drive efficiency, compliance, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Operations:

  • Execute purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Supply Chain for replenishment planning.
  • Liaise with Forwarding Agency for overseas inbound shipment arrangement and prepare required documentation for custom clearance.
  • Maintain good rapport with Forwarding Agency.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and linkage between PO, invoice, and delivery.

Stock Forecast, Cost Optimization & Budget Control:

  • Track sell-in vs Sell-Out for major Offline vendor, monitor unfulfillment trend and identify cost-saving opportunities by maintaining healthy stock holding for Offline, Online, Retail and eComm channels.
  • Support annual & monthly budgeting and forecasting exercises for procurement-related expenses.
  • Maintain procurement register with committed vs actual spend.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Support internal and external audits with required documentation.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement workflows and tools.
  • Maintain dashboards for procurement KPIs (cost savings, delivery lead time compliance).
  • Publish weekly procurement flash reports and monthly performance reviews.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align procurement with business needs.
  • Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns with timely sourcing and vendor coordination.

Other Duties:

  • Perform additional tasks and cross-functional support as business needs evolve.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in procurement/sourcing/supply chain (retail, FMCG, Beauty preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets (Pivots, VLOOKUP's), ERP systems, and procurement tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing procurement for multi-brand environments is a plus.
  • Experience in Air & sea Freight and Custom Clearance process for Skincare is a plus.

Weekly: Procurement flash, PO tracking, principals follow-ups

Quarterly: Support stock audits, process reviews, forwarding agency SLA reviews, coast optimization initiatives

Ad Hoc: Support for launches, campaign, and urgent merchandise sourcing needs
