Job Scope

  • Assist with all product-oriented tasks.
  • Understand market trends and conduct customer visits.
  • Execute product and branding strategies, including implementation plans.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve user-related issues.
  • Ensuring brand awareness and drive profitability.
  • Pilot innovations, create new indications, and expand into new markets.
  • Stay updated on market trends and developments to support business improvement.
  • Take accountability for brand performance and collaborate closely with the sales team.
  • Plan and execute trade and promotional activities (e.g., product launches, roadshows, professional demos, seminars, safety talks, etc.).
  • Provide market analysis on competitors, trends, and activities.
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirement

  • Minimum diploma in any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Experience in sales, training, or promoting technical products is a plus.
  • Energetic, passionate, and open to new experiences.
  • Willing to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
