We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing geomancy and metaphysics services team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in sales, partnerships, client engagement, and business strategy, ideally within wellness, metaphysics, lifestyle, or service-based industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in geomancy, feng shui, astrology, tarot, and metaphysics-related services.
  • Develop and strengthen partnerships with corporate clients, real estate agents, event organizers, and related industries.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable service packages such as feng shui consultations, auspicious date selections, astrology readings, and workshops.
  • Plan and execute strategies to expand the company's market reach and brand presence.
  • Support marketing, content creation, and event initiatives to attract new customers.
  • Track performance data, prepare proposals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership growth (metaphysics experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic, confident, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for metaphysics, self-development, or wellness industries is an added advantage.

  • 与企业客户、房地产代理、活动策划方及相关行业建立并加强合作关系。
  • 深入了解客户需求,并推荐合适的服务方案,如风水咨询、择日、占星解析、工作坊等。
  • 制定并执行业务拓展策略,提高公司品牌曝光与市场覆盖率。
  • 协助市场活动、内容制作和各类推广项目,以吸引新客户。
  • 跟进业务数据、准备提案,并达成每月/季度销售目标。
  • 建立并维护良好的客户关系,确保高质量的客户体验。

职位要求:

  • 具商务拓展、销售或合作开发经验(有玄学或身心灵行业经验优先)。
  • 优秀的沟通、谈判与演示能力。
  • 具战略思维、自信且目标明确。
  • 能独立作业并具团队合作精神。
  • 对玄学、自我成长或身心灵行业有兴趣者加分。

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
