Currently with 100 branches, we are looking to expand at a faster pace domestically and regionally to South, North and East Coast. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing the company's sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Support the Sales Manager in daily operations, including team coordination and reporting.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse local markets.

  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients and distributors.

  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.

  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

  • Represent Baterihub at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) – Mandatory.

  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
    • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in batteries, electronics, or automotive industry).

  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
