About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at CSYAP as a full-time Sales Support Executive based in Klang, Selangor. In this role, you will be an integral part of the sales operations, providing essential support to the sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and data entry
  2. Liaise with customers to address inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure timely delivery of products
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and inventory levels
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events
  5. Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  6. Identify and report on sales trends and opportunities to the sales management team
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  3. Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  4. Experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the sales industry
  5. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs
  6. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements
  7. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to team success
